This was 1 of the MOST professional, thoughtful, shops I have ever come across. I will come back often looking for things as the customer service alone blew me away. It wasn't a big deal that it was running a little late ( due to holiday hustle,( it was here long in advance of when I needed it) However the shop owner sent me a nice little note explaining her store, its name and the quality she stands befind and aoloigized that it took a few days longer.
