Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order. Expect an email to let you know when your order is on the way.

If you live within 30 miles of Marietta, Ohio, we will happily hand-deliver your order. Please sign up for the "Local Delivery" option at checkout. If that option does not show up for you, please contact us via email at forevercarolinellc@gmail.com. 

We currently ship domestically within the U.S. using USPS and UPS. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time. Depending on your location, shipping can take between 2-7 days and is sometimes subject to delay on the part of the shipping provider. 

We subsidize shipping costs by charging a "flat rate" shipping fee on all orders. The flat rate scales with purchase price and will be displayed at checkout. At this time, we ship all orders of more than $50 at no charge. 

As long as the item is unused and in its original condition, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery (see our Refund and Return Policy). We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at forevercarolinellc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these types of situation on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to works towards a satisfactory solution.
